1. How does Sheerly's subscription service work?

Sheerly offers a flexible subscription for Italian tights. You choose the color and quantity directly on our website, and we deliver your tights to your mailbox every month. You can change, pause or terminate your subscription at any time via our subscription portal.

2. What colors and sizes are available?

We offer our 30 den tights in three classic colors: Black , Illusion , and Cappuccino . The sizes vary from S to L, where size L has a reinforced upper part and greater crotch reinforcement for extra comfort.

3. How do I change or pause my subscription?

You can easily manage your subscription by logging into our subscription portal. There you can change colors, sizes, number or pause/end the subscription when it suits you.

4. What do I do if a delivery is delayed?

If your delivery is delayed, please first check the tracking information sent to you via email. If you still have questions or problems, contact us at sheerly@athlas.io and we will help you.

5. Can I return a product?

We only accept returns of products that are unused and in unopened original packaging, for hygienic reasons. Contact us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to make a return. For more information, see our Refund Policy .
